I hereby accept the following terms and conditions put forward by Nomad Nepal Trek according to the rules and regulations of TIBET TOURISM BUREAU/CHINA for travelling in TIBET .

1. The printed programs are subject to change without prior notice due to unavoidable circumstances beyond our control such as landslides, snow, flood, political unrest, epidemic, flight delays and off-loading, etc. which could also lead to cancellation of the trip. In such cases, there shall be no refund.

2. The clients shall be personally responsible for complying with all formalities required by local authorities, police, customs & health department always under the rules and regulations of the country travelling in.

Nomad Nepal Trek & Mountaineering (P) ltd and its subsidiaries, associates or agents shall not be responsible for sickness, personal injury, evacuation, death, delay of the members, loss or damage of personal property or effects belonging to the clients during the trip or whatsoever. The clients themselves shall have to bear all extra expenses caused by above reasons.

4. It is understood that due to the mountainous terrain of NEPAL & TIBET , breakdowns of vehicles on the way occasionally happens. Nomad Nepal Trek & Mountaineering (P.) LTD. shall put its all efforts to avoid such situations, but shall not be responsible for the situation which is beyond its reach.

5. However, Nomad Nepal Trek & Mountaineering (P) Ltd and its agents shall always put their every effort for making the journey smooth and pleasant and wishes you all 'A VERY HAPPY TRIP WITH US! '
